All applicable federal firearms laws
Firearms purchased through our website must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. Customers are required to complete all required federal paperwork and background checks prior to taking possession of any firearm.

Background Checks
All firearm purchases require a background check in compliance with federal and Florida law.

The National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS)

Firearm Transfers
We provide firearm transfer services for firearms purchased online from third-party retailers.
Transfer requirements include:
Shipment from a valid FFL
Valid government ID
Completed ATF Form 4473
Background check approval
Payment of applicable transfer fees
Firearms will not be released without full legal compliance.

Restricted Items & Prohibited Persons
We do not sell or transfer firearms or firearm accessories to individuals prohibited under federal or state law, including but not limited to:
Convicted felons
Individuals convicted of domestic violence offenses
Individuals subject to restraining orders
Individuals adjudicated mentally defective
Illegal or unlawful users of controlled substances
Providing false information on ATF Form 4473 is a federal offense.

Ammunition & Accessories Compliance
Certain firearm accessories and ammunition may be restricted by state or local laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws before purchase.
BrowardGuns.com reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with applicable regulations.

Interstate Sales
Firearms purchased by out-of-state customers must be shipped to an FFL dealer in the purchaser’s state of residence. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the firearm is legal in their state and locality before purchase.
